The Move-Up Method is a live educational webinar program operated by Daryn Fillis (Mortgage Advisor, NEO Home Loans powered by Better, NMLS #1988371) and Krys Benyamein (Real Estate Agent, DRE #02071428, Estate of Grace Allstars Realty). The program is designed to provide general educational information about home equity, move-up home buying strategies, and real estate market dynamics in Southern California.

Registration is free of charge. The webinar does not require any purchase or financial commitment. Attendees may be invited at the end of the session to schedule a follow-up consultation at no cost.

The Move-Up Method name, The Manufactured Move framework, and associated terminology are proprietary. Use of these names in any public or commercial context without permission is prohibited.

User Conduct

When participating in the webinar or using this site, you agree not to:

  • Record or share the session without permission
  • Disrupt the webinar or interfere with other participants
  • Use the site or webinar for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
  • Submit false registration information
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect information from this site

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the webinar for conduct that disrupts the session or violates these terms.
